This Halloween saw the return of Lt. Col. Carson and Navy Seal Nixan. Pirate Treyson was a first though...he was willing to shake things up and try a new costume (unlike his bros). Here are some pics from our "trunk-or-treating" and from trick or treating on Halloween night:
I think Nixan is pretending to hold a super scary weapon...
...looks more like some kind of point-out-your-friend-at-a-party pose.
And here's TJ with his pumpkin bucket...he wasn't too cool for it. Again. Unlike his brothers.
Of course, Halloween wouldn't be Halloween with jack-o-lanterns! As is tradition in our house, Nick carved a pumpkin for our porch. He always does great and this year was no exception. "Ooooo....scary!" said TJ.

I was thinking about your boys a few days ago and wondered if they would be soldiers. I shouldn't have wondered. They all look great! Even if Treyson didn't want to serve his country...at least he looked better than Colby! Happy Halloween!
That is an awesome pumpkin!!! I'll have to show Rick when he gets home - I know he will LOVE it!!! I hope my kids never get to "I'm too cool for this" but sadly i know it will happen!!!
Jamie it seriously cracks me up how die hard army these boys are...they are hilarious, and so obsessed with it it cracks me up. They did look really cute though! Glad to see Nick hasn't lost any of his artistic wonder!! You guys are the best!
Glad to see you must be feeling better. Looks like a fun Halloween! Nick did an amazing job, once again, on the pumpkin. Well, at least you get a lot of use out of their Army stuff... and it saves the effort of thinking up new costume ideas!
The picture of Nixan cracks me up. It really does look like a party move. Its so funny.
That Gullem (so?) is pretty awesome!! And the boys look so tough!!
that is a dang cool pumpkin. Wow!
You're boys are so cute, they crack me up! I love Treyson's face makeup - ha!
Thanks for getting the trunk-or-treat together, it was such a fun night!
Great costumes! I love that Carson and Nickson are so into the camo thing- such enthusiasm:)
That pumpkin scares me. Nick's quite the artist!
So AWESOME!! I'll have to post a pick of Nate's pumpkin. He did Yoda. I think he must have gotten the same genetic gene as Nick for pumpking carving. That kid HAS to be artistic with his pumpkins. Too bad he got Bob and I as parents...should have been born to Nick :)
