It was such a beautiful Sabbath day...the sun was shining and the weather was mild. And my house was clean! Clean because we invited Nick's cousin to come over to our home for brunch before Church (otherwise our house is normally a disaster zone before church). It was so nice to have her here with us to share in our joy over little Sage. We had a nice visit and then went to church. Nick delivered a beautiful blessing to Sage. I was worried that she would cry, but I only heard one tiny peep out of her. Hooray! I asked Nick if she stayed asleep and he said no, she was wide awake. Awe...what a sweetheart we have! I will admit that I am surprised at how much love Sage has brought to our home. We all just adore her and fight over who gets to hold her. I don't know if it is because she is our little girl, or if it's just the sweet innocence of a baby in our home again...either way....she is VERY loved! This little girl has truly changed my views of having a girl! I was always leery of girls....the drama....pink....ruffles....princesses....dancing...all things I never much liked. But oh how excited I am for just those very things!! Anyways, it was such a special thing to dress Sage in her blessing dress...the very one I wore when I was blessed. My mom saved it and brought it to me for Sage...Thanks mom!

How beautiful! She looks darling in her/your blessing dress! Haha, Ammon got blessed in Chaz's, so we thought... but it ended up being Chance's! Fun memories. Oh, I do have a problem though. You don't like princesses? Who ARE you? I am personally offended.
