TREYSON and THOMAS

Treyson was given a calendar by grandma Allen when she came to visit after Sage was born. He LOVES this calendar and marks off each day with an X. Grandma taught him the "Days of the Week" song too. Then she helped him highlight his birthday on February 12th. So he's literally been counting down the days since Jan 1st. He REALLY wanted a party this year with a pinata. So I took him to the party store to see what theme he'd like. It came as no surprise that THOMAS the TRAIN was what he wanted. So a THOMAS party was planned. A friend of ours wanted to make his cake and she did an awesome job!! Treyson loved it (especially the Kit-Kat candy-bar tracks)! He loved the balloons. He loved his friends. He loved his gifts. Mostly though he LOVED the pinata!

These last two pictures capture everything we love about TJ...his creativity, his fun-loving spirit, and his rough n' tough personality (even though he's quite tender-hearted too)!

wow, how nice that your friend wanted to make the cake! That's the thing that always takes me the most time. Siena actually wanted a Thomas the Train party at first--both my kids love him. I was glad when she changed her mind to a girly theme b/c I really wanted to make Turin a Thomas cake. Looks like a great b-day!
