As I was working on "the look" of my blog last night, I realized that I haven't said much about Nixan...and that's kinda funny because he is such a riot at our house! He's quite mischievous, and yet doesn't cause the amount of trouble I keep fearing (No permanent markers on the walls/furniture, but I do have one white plate that colorful crayons have beautified!) He's very comedic, which is just what I'd expect from my "middle" child...he's learned way too quickly how humor works to his benefit (and YES...I'm calling him out as a bit of a manipulator!) He knows how to drive a hard bargain with his mom...dealing with sweet treats as his award or as collateral. Did I mention Nixan has a sweet tooth? Make that sweet teeth...every single one of them! The child's diet would be simply orange juice and fruit snacks (with the occasional donut, cookie, ice-cream, or "piano lesson" treat) if he had any say in it. Nixan's favorite things to do include playing with Star Wars Legos, Disney's "Cars" cars, and now, playing soccer on a real team!

What a cutie! He looks so entertained...give him a project and he gets right to it...that's a great quality!
He is just so charming. I love his cars collection, it is so cool. It is so funny that he fits in the middle perfectly.
We love Nixan too!! Did he organize all those cars that way? My kids are TOTALLY jealous of his "Cars" movie set-up. Holy Cow!! I love him laying there with his chin in his hands...sooo adorable!! It was fun reading all the clever things he does. Tell him we love him TONS!!
JEALOUS?? YEAH!! I totally dig his CARS collection!! IMPRESSIVE!!! i have only 3 of the collection but AMAZING!! such a great movie! You go nixan!! :)
