Top 5

Treyson had no idea this pea was snot-glued on his face! He just kept right on eating!

Top 5 things this last week:

5-Carson's and Nixan's Soccer season started...so much fun!

4-Treyson is completely weaned...only sippy cups now!

3-Treyson walks everywhere...no more crawling for this big guy!

2-Beautiful spring weather all week...tree blossoms blooming..."popcorn" trees abound!

1-Carson can ride his bike without training wheels!!

5 Things we could have done without:

5-Being attacked by ants...not us, but our house. Even the pest control treatments don't stop them! What will we do???

4-Having the phone company give away our phone number to their new customer. I felt bad for the man they gave our number to because he was fielding all our calls until the problem got resolved.

3-Nixan getting 5 shots at his well-child appointment

2-Treyson getting 5 shots at his well-child appointment

1-Did I mention that Nixan AND Treyson had to get FIVE shots each at their Dr. appointment? Treyson cried, of course. Nixan didn't cry, but he got MAD!! He put his chin down and wouldn't even look or talk to me for about 2 hours. Finally, when Nick got home, he was ready to tell how tough he was and that he didn't cry like Treyson.

Jamie this was the BEST! I am still laughing at the snot glued pea picture. Serious out-loud laughage! Congrats on the two-wheel bike!! That is amazing. You also had me cracking up with the shot story. Your kids are the cutest! I'm sorry about the ant though...bummer! Maybe you could cook them up for some added protein?

Boys Boys Boys! I guess I got a lot to look forward too in the future! I have a big feeling...I'm going to have a family full of little men too! You have such a funny personality. I love it!

What a great top 5 list! I'm so glad you also put the least top 5. The description of Nixan getting his shots made me smile. I can just see him glaring at you. I guess that might be better than having two screaming boys.

What an amazing week (walking, weaning, soccer, shots, no training wheels)! Awesome! It's amazing how busy life can be with these little ones. I hate the double dose of shots when I take Benson and Brigham in for well checks. One set per visit is enough for any mom! And the pea is hilarious! Gotta keep that picture to use as blackmail when he's a teenager!

Ah, yes, the good ole shot induced trauma. Life is good, isn't it?
