Okay...I'm using my blog to vent today. I have had the worst pain in my jaw for the past two weeks and it seems to only be getting worse! It's not TMJ pain...I've actually had that before and this is way different! I've been on pain medication around the clock. At night, I wake up in pain needing another dose. It's horrible! Yes...I went to the dentist last week. He said I had a cavity...promptly gave me a prescription for narcotics...told me to come back for a filling, which I did...two days ago. Still, I'm in pain...in fact, more pain. It's so dang frustrating! I think I'll be calling my endodontist friend...until then, don't expect to see any new blog posts...right now I'm just in survival mode!

Oh my...I am soooo sorry!! That is truly the worst! Anything to do with the head area puts me completely out of functioning mode! I hope you can get it figured out SOON!! And...don't get hooked on the narcotics....no druggies allowed :)

That is the worst and even more so when u don't know exactly what is causing it! 800 ML IB Profin was a lifesaver when I had a root canal...let's hope u don't have to have one of those!
Jamie, I'm so so sorry! Hang in there and enjoy the narcotics while you can! I hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about venting on your blog, that's what they are for!
That's a bummer. Pain (any kind of pain) is never a good thing... especially when you're the mom and you have to somehow keep going anyway. I hope someone is able to figure out a solution for you soon.

You never realize how good you feel most the time until something like this happens. I hope it turns out okay!
