Our first home improvement project on our house was completed a while ago...but I'm just now getting around to posting some pictures. Nick and I put in so many hours tearing out old linoleum flooring and laying new tile...what a project!! I didn't think a couple of novice laborers could do it! But, with a couple of phone calls to Nick's brother Joe (the best coach ever!) and my family, (who recently laid tile themselves) we did it! And we love the new floors! It took quite a few weekends to accomplish...but we
did accomplish! Whew!
I forgot to take some "Before" pictures (hence the title of this post), but here's a picture of some of the old flooring. Nasty.
And here's an "After" picture from the bathroom.

Beautiful!!! I am way impressed! I love the cold feel of tile on my feet!
Wow! I'm so impressed! I wouldn't know where to begin! I'm jealous that Dan has made it out to visit and I haven't! When is it my turn?!?! :)
how nice! It looks really sharp! We have linolium - its still new - but I can't wait to get some tile in there...it will be a few years. Anyway, we will call you guys when we do it for some pointers!
Ohhhh...the tiling joys!! You guys did an amazing job. I think it looks fantastic! What a HUGE difference!!! I am dying to see your home too!! I'm sure it should be documented in Better Homes and Gardens! (on a side...did you ever get the CD of pictures we sent you?...hmmmm)
Love it! It looks professional - great job! I need to call you and ask you lots of questions because I may (or may not :) want to do my bathroom.
