All the way from New York City!

My little sister Christy came home to visit. And by "home," I mean Utah. Not to be left out, we arranged a little reunion in St. George for a couple days. It's so nice that there is a place to meet that's half-way between our home and my parent's place.....and even nicer that that place is where Grandma lives too! Grandma Elliott hosted us all and we had a wonderful little reunion. Chance came too (Anna had school/work commitments).

I would say that here are the men, strung out along the trail, except that there was no trail here at all. The boys, being brave (and, I think, slightly irresponsible, considering Sage was in the pack on Chance's back!), decided to scale the more challenging side of the mountain. I seriously had to look away several times as big rocks would go thundering down toward them....Carson tried hard not to dislodge the rocks, but he still did and they came pretty close to hitting the guys below him. But, all's well that ends well, right? (See Carson, in blue, towards the top...boys in the middle....and Chance in white with Sage on his back, bringing up the rear.) Us women choose the safer route to the top.

On Sunday we took this generation shot. Grandma with her daughter, Mom with her daughters, and me with my daughter:

Visiting pioneer, Jacob Hamblin's home, a tradition:

Sage with her mullet hair:

Enjoying a sucker, preparing for her first haircut:

Aunt Christy, using her mad stylist skills, takes care of that mullet!

With Grandma.....at her beautiful home!

Yeah, Chance called me and one of the first things he said was, "So I almost died today." Great Chance. That is just so awesome. He said he was super nervous with Sage on his back. If Chance is nervous, that's a sure sign it's a dangerous situation. Haha crazy boys!!!
